The Prize Draw is governed by French law and any matters relating to the Prize Draw will be resolved under French Law and the Courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of entering a Prize Draw online, by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Prize Draw. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.   PARTICIPATION IN DRAW: Participation in the Prize Draw is open to any person residing in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Excluded employees GP Acoustics Group, Warner Bros and their families, and their agents or anyone else involved in his profession in the draw. Participation is open from Friday, October 31, 2014. The receipt of entries will be closed Wednesday, January 7, 2015. One entry per person. No duplicate entries will be accepted from any individual. The draw ends at 23:59 Wednesday, January 7th French time. No entries will be accepted after this date. Winners will be drawn at random Wednesday, January 14, 2015 the first being the first prize, by an independently verified computer system or an independent judge. The winners will be notified by email or phone on or before Wednesday, January 22, 2015 at the latest.   THERE ARE TWO PRIZES IN TOTAL: The first prize is: 1 x KEF E Series home theatre speaker package, worth 990€ available in either Deep Black or Pure White to be won by one first prize winner. The second prize is: 50 x Individual Cinema Tickets to the movie "Interstellar". To be won by 50 second prize winners. The winner and guest(s) must meet the certification criteria of the film. The Lucky Draw winners will be announced on the www.KEF.com and KEF social media platforms; Facebook and Twitter On Wednesday, January 22, 2015.   EXCHANGE VALUE: GP Acoustics (FR) will attempt to contact Winner(s) using the telephone numbers and email address provided within 7 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GP Acoustics (FR) Ltd within 7 days of being notified by GP Acoustics (FR), then the winner's prize will be forfeited and GP Acoustics (FR) shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from GP Acoustics (FR) within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). The winner may be requested to participate in promotional activities. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. GP Acoustics (FR) shall have no liability relating to any aspect of any related products/services including without limitation, their quality and the supply. GP Acoustics (FR) shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
